正方形の絹布を折り畳み、花鳥風月を表現するその技法を用い、現代の装いに溶け込むアクセサリーを制作しています。
kumakumaoが大切にしているのは、「見て、身につけて、癒される」ということ。
ふと鏡に映る自分と目が合った時、耳元で揺れる小さな花に、心がふっとほどけていく。
そんな、優しい体温を感じるような作品づくりを目指しています。
デザインには、ファッションデザイナーとしてアパレル業界で10年培ってきた経験を静かに織り込みました。
伝統の技術と、現代の感性が交差する一点もの。

kumakumao creates accessories using tsumami zaiku, a traditional Japanese craft that dates back to the Edo period.
By folding small squares of silk fabric, this delicate technique expresses the beauty of nature—flowers, birds, wind, and moon—reimagined for modern life.

What we cherish most is creating pieces that feel soothing both to look at and to wear.

a small flower gently swaying near your ear can soften your heart and calm your mind.

Each piece is thoughtfully designed, drawing on over ten years of experience in the fashion industry as a former apparel designer.
